The success of Prof. Levent TRABZON
Prof. Levent TRABZON, faculty member of ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, has published two high-impact papers with scientists from KIST (Kuwait Institute of Science and Technology), where he has been working for the last three years within the scope of international cooperation, on the production and carcaterization of sensitive gas sensors from petroleum waste material asphaltine. The first paper was published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces with an impact factor of 16 and the second paper was published in ACS Energy and Fuels with an impact factor of 9.2. The second article was selected by the journal as the cover and was featured on the cover of Volume 38, Issue 12 of ACS Energy and Fuels.
