Metal-Ceramic Additive Manufacturing Printer Teknofest Award

A printer capable of printing both metal and ceramic materials together has been developed in the project. The project was carried out with the support of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Research Fund Unit (BAP), TEKNOFEST, and TUBITAK. With the developed printer, participation was made in the TEKNOFEST Technology Competition for the benefit of humanity in the university and higher education category. ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is the 134th in World University Rankings!

According to the 2024 World University Ranking results of the world-renowned higher education rating agency QS, ITU was ranked 108th in Engineering and Technology and 134th in Mechanical, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering. With this result, ITU became the 1st in Turkey in the field of Mechanical, Aviation and Manufacturing Engineering.

The 27th ITU Mechanical Engineering Faculty Festival

The 27th ITU Mechanical Engineering Faculty Festival was held. As part of the festival, a representative graduation ceremony was held for our 40th, 30th and 20th year graduates. A nostalgic lesson was also given by Prof. Dr. Haluk KARADOĞAN.
